Sept. 21
Today we drove from Frederickton New Brunswick to Lunenberg Nova Scotia. The weather was beautiful and with the sun it got up to the 80s. Lunenburg is a UN World Heritage site. It is a very old picturesque fishing town on the coast. We spent a couple of hours walking around before checking into the Alicion Bed and Breakfast where we will spend the night. We had a very nice dinner tonight at the Grand Banker restaurant. George had rack of lamb one of his favorites and I had the catch of the day which was local Nova Scotia salmon stuffed with cream cheese and spinach with asperagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Yum. We also stopped this afternoon on our walk at the local ice cream parlor. Here are some pictures from today.

Waterfront buildings. The grey buildings are where they build wooden dorys

  1. After seeing those beautiful old buildings with so much character, I find Florida very boring. Love that blue house with all the bay windows, the dormers on the roof and the decorative details over the windows. So interesting
